A pharmacy in Ambleside has been given the green light to shorten its opening hours from next week.
Grasmere Pharmacy, which can be found on Broadgate in the Lake District town, announced the news on Friday afternoon.
Having been given permission by the NHS to implement the revised the timetable, the changes will come into effect from March 4.
The team at the pharmacy apologised for any inconvenience caused by the short notice but wanted to share the news as soon as they had been granted approval.
The new times will mean the pharmacy is open from 9:30am until 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, whilst closing at 1:00pm on Wednesdays.
It will be closed on both Saturday and Sunday.
