A WOMAN is to indicate a plea over allegedly allowing a pit bull terrier to be in public without a muzzle or lead.
Drea Brown, of Blackden Walk in Wilmslow, is said to have been with the dog in Pennine Gardens, Barrow on June 8 last year.
The 22-year-old is charged with the offence contrary to section 1(2)(d) and (7) of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
She will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on January 8.
