The team and cast of a youth panto have earned themselves multiple award nominations for their festive performances.
Grange Youth Panto received 12 nominations at the NODA District awards following their performance of Beauty and the Beast.
As part of District 11, they will be up against fellow performers from Lancaster, Garstang, Barrow, South Lakeland, Lunesdale and Ulverston.
Director Grace Heap said: "The young people all work so hard and put so much energy and creativity into their rehearsals, collaborating together and with the production team to bring the Pantomime to the local community each year.
"We are so proud of every cast member, from the youngest in the chorus to those in leading roles, as without each and every young person, our show wouldn't have been the same."
The troupe is up for the best staging of a youth production, best youth ensemble and best youth musical.
Grace has been nominated for the best director of a youth musical and best choreographer of a youth production, whilst Ann Heap could win best musical director of a youth production.
"We are also so grateful for the support from parents and volunteers within the local community, without whom it would not be possible to stage productions," Grace added.
"As a group, we are also proud to be members of NODA who support and inspire amateur theatre, and I believe that encouraging our local youth through recognitions such as these is wonderful thing!"
Cast members Casper Brocklebank, Oliver Pearson, Maxwell Muldoon-Smith, Alice Payne, Amos Rand and Emilia Law have all been nominated for individual awards.
"We want to extend a big congratulations to all of the other individuals and societies in District 11 who have been nominated for awards," said Grace.
"The nominations are a testament to how much talent and hard work there is within amateur theatre in our district, and we feel really lucky to be part of that."
