A South Lakes agency has announced a prestigious contract with a major US gallery.
MUV has successfully secured a digital marketing and branding partnership with the renowned L'Enfant Gallery of Georgetown, Washington DC.
The Cark-based business will be projecting the gallery's artwork internationally through branding, web design and online marketing.
MUV marketing manager David Hamer said: "We have been in discussion with L'Enfant Gallery for over 18 months, to gain a deeper understanding of their goals, the challenges, and how we can take this historic building, and their artwork, and present it to an online audience".
L'Enfant Gallery, a prominent fixture in Washington DC for 50 years and located in Georgetown for the last 20, is famous for its rich cultural collection and iconic 19th-century building at 1442 Wisconsin Avenue.
The gallery presents a unique collection of historical and modern artworks.
Interestingly, the initial contact between the gallery and MUV was formed through a family connection.
Mr Hamer added: "The owner and director of L'Enfant Gallery has family in the UK, and happened to see our work on the Discover Brampton brand during a visit.
"This led to an opening conversation, and a tendering process.
"We are delighted to be working with them."
The commission runs until 2025 and aims to display the gallery's impressive range of artworks to a global audience.
Pieces date back to the 17th century and include an emphasis on European masters, ancient sculpture, and American 19th-20th Century works.
Excitement about this cutting-edge venture is shared by Peter Colasante of L'Enfant Gallery.
He said: "After 50 years in business, handling physical tangible objects, I am finally ready to accept the technological age.
"I hope a website and a social media presence will allow my collection to reach a wider group of people and help a younger generation access, appreciate and own authentic art works and pieces of history.
"Supporting a talented Cumbrian business seems perfect and I am happy MUV will take us into this brave new digital world."
As the kick-off for this ambitious project approaches, MUV is eager to embark on this distinctive adventure.
