Celebrity chefs Simon Rogan and Tom Barnes are set to headline at trade show for the North's hospitality industry.
Northern Restaurant and Bar (NRB) is set to take place on March 13 at Manchester Central.
Mr Rogan, founder of Umbel Restaurants and champion of the farm-to-fork movement, will be interviewed alongside Mr Barnes, celebrated chef of Michelin-starred eateries L’Enclume, Rogan & Co, Henrock, and Home by Simon Rogan.
The interview will delve into the chefs' culinary journeys and ambitions.
Mr Rogan and his team are set to introduce an initiative to break barriers, enabling chefs to open their own restaurants.
Spearheading the programme is Mr Barnes, whose Skof restaurant is set to open in spring, seeks to redefine dining experiences with locally-sourced ingredients, positioning Manchester on the global culinary map.
Mr Rogan, chef and owner of Umbel restaurants said: "It’s moments like these that make me so happy, and it’s so special to be able to help a chef who has worked with me for so long go on to realise his dreams."
Mr Barnes said: "I’m delighted to be taking part in NRB ahead of our first restaurant opening in Manchester."
