The Hawkshead Agricultural Show has announced that the security of its future is no longer in doubt.
The event is set to make a return on Tuesday, August 20 next year, with organisers hoping that they can make it even bigger and better than ever before.
Those working behind the scenes attributed its new found security to the successful year the show has had.
On improving the event, the organisers said: "A huge part of our show was missing this year which we do know caused a little disappointment, so we are pleased to announce the return of the sheep classes after securing our new sheep secretaries.
"We also have some new officers for the show who are all looking forward to getting stuck in and making 2024 even better."
