Tesco Extra Barrow store is holding a number of festive events throughout December.

The store at Cornerhouse Park will be holding a Christmas crafts fair first in the coffee shop on December 12 to 14 from 5pm to 8pm.

Up to 12 stands will be inviting the community in to have a look at their items with a few beverages and nibbles available also.

Children will then also be able to visit Santa's grotto which will be upstairs in Tesco's clothing department during December 17, 19 and 20 December.

A spokesperson for Tesco Extra said: "This is a free event but a donation would be appreciated.  The children will see Santa, collect a small gift, Reindeer food and a mini gingerbread biscuit. 

"Families can also take pictures and send to our store social media page."
