A school in Barrow hosted a day of Harry Potter-themed fun for their pupils, letting them take part in 'magical' activities.
Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Ostley Bank encouraged their students on Wednesday to dress up as their favourite characters from the beloved franchise.
Throughout the day, kids got the chance to try out their broom flying skills and potion making abilities.
Clare Rowland-Smith said: "We have been enjoying a magical Hogwarts Day for the last five years.
"Our whole school dresses up as Hogwarts students whilst the teachers also enjoy dressing up as professors."
A professional photographer also came into the school to give the pupils special portraits to commemorate the event.
"The school is decorated and our library is transformed into Hogwarts and even has floating candles," Ms Rowland-Smith added.
"During the day, the children enjoyed taking part in a variety of magical activities including potion making, quidditch and flying lessons."
Following the day of a wizarding curriculum, the evening continued the Harry Potter theme, hosting an event to also bring parents into the fold.
"This year, we also held Muggles Mayhem after classes ended to help raise money for our school.
"It was an amazing event which was enjoyed by all of our families and it was very popular."
The event itself was also an opportunity for the older students to prove their responsibility, preparing them for the next steps in their education.
Ms Rowland-Smith explained: "Our Year Six children helped to set up the Fayre and ran a few of the stalls.
"This event is loved by everyone and the children look forward to it every year."
