A new Morrisons Daily store has launched in a former McColl's newsagents premises.
The Ulverston branch on Central Drive converted last week and re-launched on Friday (October 6).
After filing for bankruptcy, McColl's was taken over by Morrisons in a £190m rescue deal in May.
Shortly afterward, the supermarket giant announced plans to close 132 McColl's stores that were struggling to make a profit.
The rest of the branches have slowly been turning into Morrisons' branded convenience stores around the UK.
A spokesperson for Morrions said: "The new Morrisons Daily fresh food convenience store in Ulverston offers customers a carefully tailored mix of Morrisons own brand products alongside branded favourites.
"As well as new ranges, the store has received a complete redesign internally and externally incorporating Morrisons bright, modern branding. Fresh food is at the heart of the store and we hope customers will love it."
