A business from Barrow has won two national awards for their customer service and bedroom designs.
The team at Mike Hughes Fitted Interiors for Kitchens & Bedrooms triumphed on Wednesday, September 27 at the KBSA Design Awards.
The joint victory for the Customer Service Award went to the entire staff, whilst Mark Hughes fended off competition in the bedroom category.
Ann Hughes, Company Secretary, said: "We are a family business with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in our team.
"We're proud to cover Furness and the South Lakes areas, so it feels massive to win a national award."
The awards ceremony was conducted at the KBSA KBB Industry Conference, which took place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands.
"The customer service award means the world to us as it's given through feedback from customers," Mrs Hughes added.
"It's a team effort and we are so proud of everyone who is a part of that."
All shortlisted projects will receive a personalised PR support package to maximise the promotion of their winning designs.
The winners themselves will receive a substantial suite of PR support aids to go along with their trophies.
On the topic of their victory in the best designed bedroom category, Mrs Hughes said: "Mike's so pleased to get this recognition, mainly because fitted bedrooms are a big part of our business."
The company's showroom can be found on Park Road, Barrow-in-Furness, and has two floors of kitchen and bedroom room sets.
The team even got the chance to meet acclaimed comedian Russell Kane, who hosted the evening and posed for pictures with the winners.
