Pink Link, a networking organisation for women in business, will be hosting its annual Summer Regional Event at the Castle Green Hotel in Kendal.

The event, on August 23, promises a wealth of opportunities for women in Cumbria who either run their own businesses or work within one.

Exhibitors will be showcasing their products and services, providing attendees with a chance to discover new suppliers and potential customers.

In addition, two masterclasses will be conducted by the Intellectual Property Office and Meraki HR, focusing on the important topics of protecting one's business and building a team of talented employees.

Coral Horn, founder of Pink Link said “Whether you’re starting up or scaling up, our little pink book is bursting with over 14 years of contacts that can help women grow strong, sustainable businesses. "Our in-person events are a great way to open doors! They help women generate leads and promote their brand whilst being a fun day of growth for women from all types of business.”

Guests at the event will have the chance to be inspired by Emma-Lea Dalton, a local business owner who has successfully built multiple businesses in sectors such as care, hospitality, and construction.

Emma-Lea, who founded her first business, My Kind of Clean, in 2018, is now dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs reach their full potential and will be sharing her own entrepreneurial journey at the event.

The Summer Regional Event is open to all and offers a valuable platform for women to expand their networks and explore potential collaborations and business opportunities.
