With wedding season now well underway, there is no shortage of romantic hotspots to explore here in the UK.

And one town in Cumbria has managed to secure a place near the top of the list.
Keswick, ranking at number five, has emerged as an appealing option for newlyweds in search of a romantic retreat, with an average monthly UK search volume of 49,500 for the Lake District town.
But it is Portmeirion in Gwynedd, Wales, that took the crown as the UK's most popular honeymoon destination.
With an average of 110,000 monthly Google searches, its breath-taking coastal scenery and unique attractions, such as secluded gardens and castle-like Italianate village, create a truly enchanting setting.
Coming in second place is the Isles of Scilly, located off the coast of Cornwall, England.
This destination captures hearts with its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and hillsides adorned with wildflowers.
With approximately 90,500 nationwide monthly searches, it is clear that the Isles of Scilly exudes romance and captivates the imagination of many.
Tenby in Pembrokeshire, Wales, and Beer in Devon, England, have jointly claimed the title of the UK's third most popular honeymoon destination.

Tenby boasts stunning scenery, a picturesque harbour, and a variety of shops and restaurants.
Meanwhile, Beer's picture-perfect fishing village provides an ideal backdrop for romantic walks and scenic picnics by the sea.
