A WOMAN has been sentenced after she behaved violently in a police station.
Tara Ann Green was found guilty of becoming 'violent and aggressive' towards officers and an appropriate adult at Barrow's police station.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard the incident happened on March 29 in the custody suite at the station in Andrews Way.
Green, 53, previously pleaded not guilty to the trial.
But she was found guilty in her absence after she did not attend the hearing.
Green, of Leather Lane in Ulverston, was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £300 in costs.
