HUNDREDS enjoyed the Ulverston and North Lonsdale Agricultural Show 2023.
Crowds descended on Lindal Cote Farm to enjoy a day outdoors as farmers came to display their hard work in the form of horses, sheep, cows and calves as well as rabbits.
The field was packed with action, full of livestock, tents and trucks, alongside a wealth of stalls to explore, from charity, clothes and jams to cheese and Grasmere Gingerbread, honey and jewellery.
Stalls offered food such as paella, hot bacon and sausage buns, as well as burgers, and sweet treats like brownies, cookies, toffee and plenty of ice cream.
There was a bar for later in the day, next to freshly squeezed orange or apple juice, coffee and hot chocolate.
A bike show stunned with tricks and difficult moves while a dozen bouncy castles kept the children entertained and others watched a cooking demonstration from Base Restaurant, who had come from Ford Park.
We saw fancy dress and a parade of animals, vintage tractors and people having a great time.
