A MAN accused of drink driving is due to appear in court.
Martin Scott is alleged to have been more than twice the legal limit for alcohol when he drove a Mercedes in Barrow.
The 48-year-old is said to have committed the offence at Trent Vale on June 2.
The motorist, of Willow Holme Road in Carlisle, is said to have had 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath, over the legal limit of 35.
He is due to appear before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
