A MAN is due to stand trial over alleged firearm offences.
Colm Mcnutt, of Blawith, is charged with failing to comply with the conditions of a shotgun certificate and a firearm certificate on April 15 2022.
It is alleged the 34-year-old failed to notify the chief officer of police of a change of address.
It is also said he failed to comply with conditions of a firearm certificate on May 13 to prevent access to a blaser bolt action rifle, access to a Tikka bolt action rifle and a quantity of Section 1 ammunition.
At an earlier hearing, he pleaded not guilty to all of the offences.
He is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on June 6.
