A MAN accused of being in possession of a knuckle duster is set to enter a plea.
Raymond France, of The Orchard, Lancaster, is said to have had the weapon at Rock Park car park in Millom on April 12.
A hearing at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on May 31 was adjourned for the defendant to appear remotely from The Orchard mental health unit where he is detained under the Mental Health Act.
The 49-year-old was remanded on unconditional bail ahead of a plea hearing on June 15.
