Joe Dunworth is the head coach and Founder of JD TRAINING, based in Kirkby-in-Furness.
Joe has revolutionized the fitness industry with a habit-based online coaching programme that has helped many people transform their mind and body.
Ollie Carson of Supercharged Fit Pro presented Joe with the prestigious Massive Impact Award for his dedication to successfully working with over 1,000 people.
JD TRAINING focuses on nutrition, training, and mindset; it has been named the number one lifestyle transformation programme in the UK.
The unique habit-based coaching method gradually introduces education and tracking over a 16-week period, implementing small changes and establishing sustainable habits, guiding clients towards long-term success and holistic transformation.

Joe actively encourages his clients to visit the studio during and after completing the online programme to foster a sense of community that enables participants to connect and support one another in their fitness journeys.
Brad Sheppard, from the South of England completed JD TRAINING's 16-week online coaching programme, shedding 60lbs of body fat.
To celebrate Brad's achievements, Joe organized a special gathering at the studio, 38 people attended to meet Brad in person and offer their encouragement as he transitioned into the gym programme.
Joe said: "We had a huge turnout at the studio with 38 people attending the session to both meet Brad in person and encourage him on the next stage of his journey transitioning onto the gym programme. It was amazing to see Brad training in the midst of the community!
“It was amazing to get the recognition from Ollie, he’s a big figure in the online fitness world.
"I have a huge goal to implement a social prescribing model to help as many people in South Cumbria as possible, this recognition increases my belief that this goal is possible and motivates me to continue working as hard as possible to achieve this.”
