A PENSIONER who failed to declare the identity of a driver accused of committing an offence is due to appear in court.
Valerie Wood, of Bankfield Hall, Great Urswick, is to appear before magistrates in Barrow on April 13.
The 76-year-old denied failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Jaguar who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on June 23, 2022 in Penrith.
She was found guilty under the single justice procedure. Sentencing was adjourned to consider a ban.
