RESIDENTS are being invited to meet their local PC officer.
PC Martin Hayes will be at the Roose Conservative Club today (March 30) at 6pm to listen to any concerns from those who live in the area.
Paul Griffiths, Roosecote Community Hub founder, has arranged the resident meeting in response to an increasing number of problems, including anti-social behaviour, being reported on the Hub.
Paul says that raising awareness on Facebook certainly helps, but encourages residents to attend the meeting in person to meet and greet the new community officer and listen to his plans for the area.
It’s also an opportunity to directly discuss with him any concerns of a non-emergency nature and see if the police can help tackle some of the area’s anti-social problems.
Paul thanks Susan Burns, landlady of Roose Conservative club, for providing the venue free of charge. He also thanks PC Hayes for taking time out of his busy schedule to hold this residents meeting.
