A HEALTHCARE company that had failed to pay staff for two months is now seeking administration.
An internal email sent to Me and My Health staff, based at Harding Rise in Barrow, by chief executive officer Stuart MacLennan, said the directors of the company had 'sought professional advice and have concluded that the company is insolvent'.
"Accordingly, the directors have lodged a Notice of Intention to appoint Administrators with the High Court with a view to placing the company into Administration as soon as possible," the email said.
"The company has ceased to trade and steps are being taken to appoint Administrators to deal with the affairs of the company.

"Unfortunately, redundancies will now be inevitable and the directors are taking the appropriate steps to commence this process."
Circular 1 Health was a Covid-testing contractor during the pandemic but opened up a new health hub in December under Me and My Health to try and change its business model.
However just before payday in January the company sent an email to employees saying it would be unable to pay their salaries due to a deal with an investor 'changing.'
It also missed payday in February.
