POLICE are investigating a taxi rank assault after a woman reportedly punched two men in a Christmas Eve brawl.
Officers are investigating a reported assault which occurred in the road, by the taxi rank, on Dalkeith Street, Barrow.
The incident occurred around 9.45pm on Saturday December 24 and involved two men and a woman.
Two men, one of whom was working as door security when the incident occurred, are reported to have been punched by the woman.
The two men received minor injuries including bruises. They did not require hospital treatment.
Officers are appealing for members of the public who witnessed the incident to contact police.
