Evri has been revealed as the UK's worst-performing parcel company for the second year running – but readers have rushed to the defence of the company.
It comes as all of the UK's major parcel delivery firms continue to let customers down with many failing to secure even a three out of five-star rating.
Many consumers have been calling on the regulator Ofcom to consider fines if the delivery companies do not improve their service.
Yodel, DPD, and Amazon Logistics failed to secure even a three-star score based on a comprehensive criteria which analyses customer service, parcel problems and accessibility needs.
Praising their local Evri delivery driver, readers described themselves as ‘lucky’.
Jade Fury said: “My Evri delivery driver is amazing! Never had any problems.”
Sam Griffin said: “My Evri driver is brilliant! Can’t fault her! Had her for years, always so friendly too! Don’t know her full name but I’m pretty sure she’s called Louise if anyone knows her and can tag her so I can say thanks!”
Diane Darby said: “I must be blessed because I have a lovely lady that delivers my Evri parcels I’ve never had any problems with her.”
Deborah Henry said: “I must just be lucky as rarely have any issues with deliveries.”
Joanne Winter said: “My guy is really good too, no complaints here.”
Jen Cox said: “I can't fault my driver either! I am guessing it must be the rest of the U.K letting them down x”
Cheryl Bowes said: “I've never had a problem with Royal Mail and Evri.”
