A special, intensive, fitness fundraiser saw dozens of exercise enthusiasts hit the gym to raise £830 for CancerCare.
Fitness instructor Sally Craig organised a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout at Barrow Leisure Centre with 55 people taking part in a challenging cardio workout featuring intense periods of activity followed by slower periods of recovery last month.
“I am absolutely over the moon with how successful The HIIT Company Takeover Event went. I felt overwhelmed with the turn out and I am so proud to have raised such a large amount of money for such an amazing charity close to my heart. Thank you to everyone who got involved and made the day so special,” said Sally.
