A BARROW man will appear in court accused of breaching a sexual risk order.
Charles Glover, 61, of Osborne Street, faces three charges of breaching the order.
Glover is accused of using a laptop as well as a Nokia phone, capable of communicating in an electronic manner, having failed to notify police of acquisition within three days.
He is also accused of deleting his history on the laptop, according to court listings
These offences are said to have taken place on October 15 in Barrow.
Mr Glover will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 31.
