AN ORANGE glow is being cast upon Barrow streets – and it’s all down to the town’s talented pumpkin carvers.
People of all ages can enjoy the fun of carving pumpkins for Hallowe’en – from the most simple design to those with more intricate goals.
We asked our readers to share pictures of their pumpkins, and we were sent some brilliant submissions.
Among those joining in the fun were three-year-old Oakley and five-year-old Avianna who carved pumpkins with triangles eyes and noses with a squiggly mouth.
10-year-old Skyla beamed with pride as she posed with her pumpkin which boasted eyes of a more circular nature.
Denver and Stanley, aged nine and two, created terrifying pumpkins with spikey teeth.
