Barrow and Furness Labour party are moving to new headquarters in the old BBC Radio Cumbria studios.
The party is moving from 22 Hartington Street in Barrow, where it has been based since the 1970s.
The party is in the process of moving in but the new venue will open to the public on Saturday July 2.
Party member Brendan Sweeney said: "Our old building had a strong history, but limited access.
"It is great to be in a building that is fully accessible for everyone. Broadcasting House will provide a high quality modern meeting space, not just for the Labour Party, but for other organisations in the town.
"We want it to be a real community asset."
Secretary Gary Robinson said: "We are placing our hub firmly at the heart of inclusive community projects and artistic and musical endeavours."
There will be events on for the public on the opening day.
The party obtains a rent from local musicians by hiring out a studio in the building as a practice room.
