Barrow Island aim to get back on track after going down to a shock defeat (23-16) at Hunslet Warriors last week.
That defeat saw them lose pole position in division two of the National Conference.
They take on Dewsbury Celtic at the John Jefferson Stadium (Saturday) but go into battle minus 15 of their squad due to a Stag weekend.
The team is boosted by the return of Adam Jackson and Joe Spencely and former skipper Matt Parkinson who is coming out of retirement to help out.
Island could reclaim top spot if they pick up the points and new leaders Heworth go down at third placed Crosfields.
Millom face Batley Boys at Devonshire Road and welcome back Jonny Hodgson, Kian McPherson, Jamie McQuire and Jony Peters.
Unavailable are Hanley Dawson and Lee Postlethwaite
The Woolybacks were victorious 44-10 at Eastmoor last weekend with Batley losing 14-6 at home to Oldham St Annes.
In the NWML division two Hindpool look to overcome their defeat at Walney last week with a win over leaders Salford City Roosters at Brisbane Park.
Missing are Craig Deakin and Matty Archer but welcome back are Lewis Sayle and Harley-Bradley- Allen.
Acting coach Kev Kyte said: “It’s all looking good at Hindpool we have big numbers available and will have at least 19 players for our “A” team game tonight.”
Walney Central travel to Cadishead and back in the fold are Liam Finch and Dale Waite while Andy Litherland and Jordan Staffieri are unavailable.
Dalton are home to Chorley in division one and include new recruit from Askam Owen Bridle. He is joined in the squad from last week’s defeat at Hindley by Ben Atkinson and Dan Marsh. Missing out are Evan Jones and Elliot Stockdale.
Ulverston’s home game with Bury Broncos is in doubt as the Broncos are struggling for players.
Oliver Guest, Dan Rhodes, and Jack Cairns miss Askam's trip to Haresfinch with Kieron Norman returning.
