The Woolybacks have two wins from six (four points) while the East have two wins and a draw (Five points).
While Millom were on the wrong end of a 56-24 score line at Shaw Cross -Leigh were victorious over West Cumbrians Hensingham 32-24.
Back at Devonshire Road is Hanley Dawson who has cut his ties with Workington the talented Dawson will boost the Woolybacks who welcome back Tyler Lancaster Jamie McQuire and long term injured Adam Kelly.
Coach Tom Sibley said, "Having Hanley Dawson back is a big addition for us having spent a couple of years in the Professional game."
Sibley however is without Nial Harris, Daniel Hartley, Owen Myers, Dane Kelly and Jonty Peters.
The Woolybacks "A" team play Hindpool prior to the Senior game kick off 1pm in the semi-final of the knockout cup.
Barrow Island who lies third in division two of the Conference will make the long journey to Beverley on the back of a great 24-18 victory over Wigan St Judes last week.
