COURT: Man accused of drug driving
A MAN is due to appear charged with an alleged drug driving.
Daryl Ashley List, 32, was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit on December 4, 2021, in Dalton.
The 32-year-old is due to answer the charge before South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 29.
List, of Greystone Lane in Dalton, has plead not guilty to the allegedly offence.
