A BARROW woman has been accused of racially aggravated harassment.
Pamela Jackson, of Steamer Street, is said to have used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, and the offence was racially aggravated.
The 43-year-old faces a second charge of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
Both offences are said to have occurred between September 28, 2021, and November 1, 2021.
She will face South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Monday afternoon.
