A TEAM of 14 members were called to the Hoad after a man suffered an injury while walking.
Duddon and Furness Mountain Rescue Team was called to Hoad Hill in Ulverston after a young man slipped and injured his knee.
A spokesman said: "Hoad Monument, with the bright lights of Ulverston below, was the location of Friday night's callout, where a young male had slipped while walking down, injuring his knee.
"The ambulance service had been called and treated the patient but needed assistance to carry them down the hill to the ambulance in Ford park.
"Fourteen team members turned out and got back home around midnight."
