Tickets for Barrow AFC’s all-Cumbrian home clash with rivals Carlisle United are on sale today.
Season-ticket holders get the first chance to get their hands on extra tickets for the March 19 clash.
Barrow say a “large crowd” is expected at the Dunes Hotel Stadium for a game which could prove pivotal to both teams’ fortunes.
It is also the first league meeting between the clubs at Holker Street in front of fans since 1964.
The Bluebirds have set up a priority system for ticket sales because of the expected demand.
AFC announced that season-ticket holders have the opportunity to buy an extra two tickets each from 10am today through to the end of Wednesday, February 23.
Bluebirds Trust members then have a period from Thursday, February 24 to the end of Tuesday, March 1 where they can buy two tickets per member.
Any remaining tickets will go on general sale from 10am on Wednesday, March 2.
Tickets will be available via Barrow’s online tickets portal, at the Dunes Hotel Stadium and over the phone via 01229 666010.
Carlisle, meanwhile, have received an allocation of 612 tickets for the League Two game.
They have also set up a priority system for sales.
Tickets first go on sale to season ticket holders this weekend.
Any remaining tickets will then go on sale to members including flexi card holders, Olga's Army, London Branch and CUOSC members, from 10am on Friday, February 25.
Should any remain after that, general sale will start on Monday, February 28.
Barrow’s home game against Carlisle last season, a 2-2 draw in April, was played behind closed doors because of Covid-19 rules.
This campaign saw a 0-0 draw at Brunton Park which had 1,629 Barrow fans in attendance.
Barrow sit three points and two places above third-bottom Carlisle in the League Two table.
