A BARROW man accused of speeding on the M5 near Somerset is due to appear in court today.
Ryan Benjamin Tozer, of Hawke Street, is due to face Bath Magistrates' Court after being charged with exceeding the 70 miles per hour speed limit on the motorway.
The incident allegedly took place on June 15, 2021 between junction 25 and 26 of the motorway near Wellington.
The 27-year-old is scheduled to appear at the court this morning.
