EMERGENCY services spent six hours searching for a missing person over the weekend.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, Millom Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked by Belfast Coastguard along with Whitehaven Coastguard Rescue Team, Maryport Coastguard Rescue Team, Burgh-by-Sands Coastguard Rescue Team, Maryport Inshore Rescue and St Bees RNLI to assist Cumbria Police in a search for a missing person at St Bees.
Search teams where sent out and covered the area from St Bees Head to Nethertown for approximately six hours following an extensive search.
With nothing found, all teams stood down pending further information.
A spokesman said: "This is yet a another great example of all emergency service working together.
"In a coastal, sea or cliff emergency and ask for the coastguard."
