Barrow’s Nuffield Heath fitness centre are celebrating National Fitness day with free day trials for any members to bring a family or friend.
Nuffield Health fitness centre, situated in Hollywood Park, are offering free day trials for any members that would like to bring people along on Wednesday, September 22.
There will be in-gym challenges to win prizes for the centre as well as giveaways and much more, including exclusive member discounts at any Nuffield health cafes and beauty suites.
National fitness day is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping raise awareness of its importance in helping people lead a healthier lifestyles through being physical active.
