Burger King fans have turned up to the new Barrow restaurant in their droves.
Long queues of cars formed at the new drive-thru ahead of its official opening.
Free meal vouchers were given to groups such as Barrow AFC, Barrow Raiders, The Mail and the NHS to hand out to lucky recipients who got to have the first taste of the new Hindpool Retail Park restaurant.
While the store will initially open as a drive-thru from Monday, the fast-food giant can be found on Just Eat and Uber Eats from March 22 and will invite diners inside the store in-line with Government guidance in May.
Bosses said that initially a team of 25 were recruited to man the store, but after realising how busy it would become, the team was expanded to 36 workers.
Planning permission for the restaurant was approved more than a year ago.
