A number of the UK's biggest high street chains and online retailers have issued urgent product recalls on a variety of items.
We have rounded up the latest items to be recalled.
If you have purchased any of the following, do not use and return it for a refund.
GoodHome Colenso 2,000 W White Freestanding Fan Heater
A freestanding fan heater sold at B&Q and Screwfix has been recalled.
The barcode is 5059340046921, and the item was on sale between September 2020 and January 2021.
In a statement, B&Q said: "We have identified a potential risk of electric shock and fire when using this product. In some cases, the product may overheat causing damage to the case.
"If you have bought this model of fan heater since September 2020, please immediately stop using it and return to store when possible for a full refund.
"Alternatively call the helpline. UK: 0300 303 4482 / ROI: 1800 946 327 - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.

Mini Girl Black Triple Buckle Ankle Boots
The products below were sold through River Island's online and high street retail outlets:

The following notice appears on the River Island website: "It has come to our attention that the boots do not meet our usual high standards for quality and safety as the diamante stones may become loose, which could present a choking hazard for children 36 months and under.
"As customer safety is our highest priority, we are immediately recalling these styles if your child is within this age group.
"Please note this recall does not affect any other River Island product with diamantes.
"If you have purchased these shoes for a child of 36 months and under:
- stop wearing / using the product immediately
- keep away from children
- return the whole product to us in store or post them to us for a full refund inclusive of postage
"Identification numbers can be found printed inside the shoe.

Primark have urgently recalled several of their products, they are:
Body Bar (white)
- Kimball no: 2064701
Nose Piercing 5 pk (yellow)
- Kimball no: 4102702
The following notice appears on the Primark website: "It has come to our attention that the products 'Body Bar (white)' and 'Nose Piercing 5 pk (yellow)' detailed above do not meet the Primark usual high standards for safety.
"Higher than permitted levels of nickel have been detected in the products and this can potentially lead to an allergic skin reaction.
"With the safety of our customers at the forefront of our minds we are inviting you to return these products for a full refund.
"The Body Bar (white) was on sale in our UK stores from 23 August 2020 until 8 December 2020.
"The Nose Piercing 5 pk (yellow) was on sale in our UK stores from 30 August 2020 until 8 December 2020.
"If you have purchased either of these products then please return these to any Primark store where you will be offered a full refund. You will not be required to provide proof of purchase."
Aranee Music Radio - Multi-function Radio
The Office for Product Safety and Standards issued a recall on a popular Amazon children's toy.
Product description:
- Model Number: AE014
- ASIN: B07V9TBB1Z
The item is a blue, red and yellow plastic toy radio with panda on the screen and colourful buttons.
The product has a white cord with plastic orange toy microphone attached. It is supplied in blue and white cardboard packaging, and is advertised for use for those aged six months and over.
In a statement, the Office for Product Safety and Standards said: "The product contains a long cord in excess of the length permitted by the relevant standard, presenting a serious risk of strangulation.
"The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
"The product has been delisted from sale by the online marketplace. The authority is requiring the recall of the product from end users."
