A CASE against a woman charged with using threatening or abusive words has been dismissed.
Ellie-Ann Reynolds was due to face trial over the charge but no evidence was offered after she received an out of court disposal.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard the 20-year-old received a police caution over the offence.
Reynolds, of Hogue Street on Walney, was alleged to have used the words to cause harassment or alarm on June 4 last year and had denied the charged previously.
