South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Barrow-in-Furness
A MAN accused of assaulting a woman and a baby has appeared in court.
Matthew Michael O'Donnell is alleged to have caused actual bodily harm to the pair in an incident on August 21.
The 31-year-old, of Napier Street in Barrow, did not offer a plea to the charges when he appeared before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
He is due to appear at Preston Crown Court for a hearing on February 12.
