A BARROW man has been fined for failing to give information to the police, a court heard.
Emrys Elliott, 69, of Roose Road failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, despite being required to do so by the chief officer of Cumbria Constabulary in Carlisle.
The offence dates back to December 19, 2019.
Elliott was fined £660 and had to pay court costs of £85 as well as a victim surcharge of £66, totalling, £811.
