Barrovians braved the miserable weather on Friday to enjoy some good old fashioned family entertainment.
Barrow BID put on their ‘Family Entertainment Day’, with street acts including Gary Gacko Bridgens playing on his guitar.
Bright blue deck chairs were arranged for passersby and children could be seen enjoying the tunes of a saxophonist.
The festivities began at 9:30 am at Barrow Market, the hub of Barrow’s high street.
