WARNING: Residents of South Cumbria warned of broadband scam
RESIDENTS in South Cumbria have been warned that fraudsters have been calling round claiming that their broadband will be cut off.
Cumbria Trading Standards have cautioned residents that these individuals have been calling in an attempt to get further, potentially sensitive information.
They have urged residents to put the phone down and to report it by calling 0345040506.
