SUPERMARKET Tesco has shown it can take a joke after a shopper questioned how customers are supposed to use the in-store scales.
Ian Livesey posted a picture on Twitter over the weekend of the scales in the fruit and veg aisle at Tesco Extra in Barrow.
He wrote: "his is ridiculous, without providing steps how on earth do you expect customers to weigh themselves??? Come on. You’ve got to think these things through."
Proving they can have a laugh Tesco responded: "Hi Ian, maybe the store expects you to sit on them?"
Most of the time, brands are on social media to answer your concerns. But sometimes, they can surprise you with the comeback of a lifetime with feisty clapbacks, hilarious banter, and very entertaining anecdotes.
