Firefighters called to car on fire on the M6 motorway in Cumbria
FIREFIGHTERS were called to reports of a car on fire on the M6 motorway in Cumbria.
Crews were called to the car fire on the M6 northbound between junctions 35 and 36, near to the Burton Services, at around 10am this morning.
On arrival, the fire had been put out using an extinguisher. Firefighters used a hose reel jet to cool the vehicle down.
