On November 7th, peacefully in the care of Risedale St Luke’s Nursing Home, Barrow, Ruth aged 88 years, late of Festival Road, Millom, beloved wife of Derek (‘Dusty’), loving mother of Mandy, Susan & Andrew, mother-in-law of Jeremy & Wendy, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Friday 29th November at 1.00pm at Holy Trinity Church, Millom, followed by committal and cremation at Thorncliffe Crematorium, Barrow. Family flowers only; donations in lieu towards The Alzheimer’s Society may be sent to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd, Lapstone Road, Millom. Tel 772295.
