On 9th November Alan aged 76 passed away suddenly but peacefully in hospital. Dearly loved husband of Carol, loving father of Pamela and Wendy, dear father-in-law to Stephen, much loved grandad to Andrew and Lucy also a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.
Funeral service and interment will take place at St Anne’s Church, Thwaites on Friday 22nd November at 11.00am. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, to St Anne’s Church, Thwaites C/O A. G. Clarke, The Ashes, Cartmel Fell, Grange-o-Sands LA11 6NU. Tel 015395 31481.
