COOK Annette Passed away peacefully in Furness General Hospital on 5th September 2024. Much loved mum of Dan, Sam, Abi, Harvey, Harriet and Courtney and a dear mother-in-law. A treasured nana, a special sister and auntie and a friend to many. Friends please meet for a service at the Trevelyan Chapel on Thursday 26th September at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
