MOORE Angela Susan (nee Butler) Passed away at Furness General Hospital on Tuesday 6th August aged 76. Much loved wife of Dr Geoffrey. J, dear mother to David, Benn and Tim. Treasured grandma, mother-in-law and a dear friend to many. Friends please meet for a service at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Friday 30th August at 2:30pm. Family flowers only and donations in Angela's memory may be left after the service or c/o Little and Caine website for the Alzheimer's Society.
