ASHTON Michael Aged 83 (retired accountant) of Dalton Lane, Barrow. Passed away peacefully on 4th July at Abbey Meadow Nursing Home. Dearly loved husband of Sandra, dad of Peter, David and Sarah and father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Friends please meet for a service on Tuesday 16th July at 1pm at St Pauls Church, Barrow. Family flowers only please and donations for Dementia UK and Ataxia UK can be sent via Little and Caine obituary page. All enquiries to Little and Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow. Sandra, Joan and I are so sorry to hear about Michael.
He really was a wonderful man who cared so deeply about his family and his numerous friends.

Wonderful man, and by far the best person l have ever worked for. Was employed by Micheal for 24years, best working time of my life. Sadly missed
